Hackers-Arise Subscriptions, Bundles, Courses, and Membership Refund Policy
Overview
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our cybersecurity courses and membership programs. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you may seek a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Eligibility for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase for Subscriber and Subscriber PRO.
Access to course materials or Subscriptions benefits must not exceed 10% of the total content.
Refund requests will be considered only for the initial purchase of the Subscription and not for subsequent renewals.
Bundles, Member, courses and discounted courses or discounted memberships are NOT eligible for refunds.
Process for Requesting a Refund

Provide a valid reason for the request and any feedback that could help us improve our offerings.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Late refund requests submitted beyond the specified time frame.
Excessive consumption of course materials or use of membership benefits beyond the stated limits.
Failures to pass assessments or exams do not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
Technical issues on the user’s end that prevent access to course content or membership benefits.
In the event that you forget to use a discount coupon, we do not refund the difference after the purchase.
Course-Specific Conditions
If the course includes a certification exam, the cost of the exam is non-refundable once the exam voucher has been issued.
Membership-Specific Conditions
Membership renewals are non-refundable.
Membership downgrades will not result in a refund, but the new rate will take effect at the next billing cycle.
If a membership includes periodic billing, the user may cancel future billings, but past payments are non-refundable.
Changes to the Refund Policy
